Happy Easter and welcome to spring. It’s a beautiful spring day. Hope you are having a grand day.
Our speaker this week is Jeffco Sheriff Reggie Marinelli. She is our county’s first female sheriff. This will be an interesting meeting as we have the opportunity to get to know her.
Reggie was born and raised in Louisville, CO, where generations of her family landed after her grandfather immigrated to America from Italy and became a coal miner. Her other grandfather served our country as a paratrooper in World War II and then became a US Postal Service employee.
Through her heritage and from a young age, Reggie learned respect for the United States and the American flag. She also learned she could accomplish anything she wanted through hard work and decication.
The barrel is leaning a bit. Rose brought great news...... the highest ticket sales ever. The secret to success is the 28 who participated in outside sales. Some were Rotarians, some were interested community members. Even in this age of technology, it’s humans who make the difference. Thank all you humans.
